Strain sensor, for arc welding

The VW sensor is designed to be arc welded on steel and used to measure the elongation over a certain distance.

 

The sensor can be adjusted after welding in order to compensate for displacements during assembly, and  is easy to build in  and protect from damage o, for example, building sites. The gauge remains very stable over a long period of time  and can also be used to calculate the load in various steel parts.

 

In the case of fully-automatic measuring, measurement data can be collected automatically by our data loggers and presented online on the Internet in our web system, where alarms are received and access is given to measurement values that are presented in a clear and effective way.
