Hydraulic rod feeder

The hydraulic rod feeder is used to insert rods and pipes in boreholes, for example during measurement or the installation of measuring equipment. Thanks to the rod feeder it is possible to insert rods in very long boreholes and pipes for which significant power is needed for their insertion. Thanks to the rod feeder, personnel are spared from having to perform heavy work. It is also possible to conduct installations that would not have been possible to do with human strength only.

Since the rod feeder is powered by electricity it can also be used in spaces where combustion engines are not allowed to be used.
